Our Leadership
Ciro brings 25 years of experience planning and managing the design of healthcare projects to his role as principal and owner of Mascioni & Behrmann.
A Registered Architect since 2001 and an active member of the American Institute of Architects, Ciro has been widely recognized for his aptitude for project management and ability to lead the design team from conception to execution. With a keen understanding of the industry, he has become an invaluable resource and trusted advisor to a range of local healthcare institutions.
Ciro joined M&B in 1995 and became president in 2010. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Haven and a Master of Architecture degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
John brings over 40 years of experience to his role as project executive for M&B’s largest projects.
A member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Board and Construction Specifications Institute, he specializes in Facility Guidelines Institute guidance, building code analysis and interpretation, life safety, specification writing, quality assurance, and quality control.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute.
Steve brings 12 years of experience to his role as senior project manager / associate, in which he conducts programming interviews, coordinates with consultants, oversees production from schematic design through construction documents, and leads the construction administration phase.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from the University of Hartford, as well as Master of Architecture degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Florim brings 10 years of experience to his role as senior project manager / associate, in which he oversees site assessment, lease negotiations, programming, development of preliminary and schematic plans, production of contract documents, and leads the construction administration phase.
Florim holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from City University of New York, an Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification (EDAC), and an associate membership with the American Institute of Architects.
